United States Trademark Office rejected the Nexus One of the trademark application on the grounds that too similar to other trademarks which may cause confusion.
  December 10, 2009, Google submitted a Nexus One of the trademark application, application areas for mobile phones.  In a few days ago, the United States Trademark Office to be confused with other trademarks and dismissed the application.
